During 10-12 December 2024, Mr. Titi Phanjaroen, SHSR Ph.D., student under supervision of Dr. Sakaewan Ounjaijean and Miss Praporn Kijkuokool, SHSR Ph.D. student under supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Kanokwan Kulprachakarn, have attended the international conference “FED x Mekong 2024: Local Edible Food Plant Diversity” at Intercontinental Chiang Mai The Mae Ping Hotel, Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Mr. Titi and Miss Praporn participated in oral presentation entitled “Hypoglycemic effects of Gynostemma Pentaphyllum and Gymnema Inodorum Tea: A One-Week Study on Fasting Glucose and Glucose Tolerance Test Among People with Hyperglycemia” and “Evaluation of Phytochemical Contents and Antioxidant Properties in Ethanolic Extract from Nasturtium officinale R.Br. (Betong Watercress)”, respectively.
