During March 21-22, 2024, Ms. Zhang Xiao, SHSR PhD student under supervision of Asst. Prof. Dr. Surat Hongsibsong, had attended online ““International Conference on Food Storage Safety and Quality (ICFSSQ-24)” held at Xiamen,China. Ms.Zhang Xiao participated in the oral presentation on the topic ” The Analysis and Formation of Biogenic Amines in Thua Nao,a Thai Fermented Soybean Product”.
